STAYED 2 NIGHTS NOVEMBER 17 18 IF I COULD UPLOAD PICTURES I COULD SHOW BITES ON ARMS AND HANDS. PLACED A CALL TO MANAGEMENT AND ASK IF THERE WAS A BED BUG PROBLEM AND THE RESPONSE WAS WHAT ROOM WERE YOU IN. THE OWNER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK WHEN I DID NOT HEAR BACK I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD SHE WAS BUSY COOKING?

Stayed 7/17-7/19 Noticed on our final morning a small red bug on the quilt. Looked up pictures and it appeared to be a bedbug. Took to front desk and manager looked at it and confirmed. At that time she didn't seem concerned, offered to change rooms but I informed her we were leaving that morning already. I went back to room and started stripping beds. Found 1 dead, 2 large live adults, and one nymph. The housekeeper even saw one of the big ones. I went back to the manager and requested at least half a refund--which she agreed to (unsure she would have offered otherwise). She was quick to make excuses on how bed bugs can be brought in, they're in other hotels, etc. It is obvious those bugs have been there a while, based on the stages of development. It is the only time I've encountered bed bugs and it's been upsetting. I threw luggage away and have spent half the night washing everything in the room.
