Woke up at 3am with bedbugs bitting my neck. My boyfriend and I turned on the light and there were bedbugs in the bed. I took pictures of my neck and the bed. We left the room and I reported it to the front desk. I was told there were no other rooms available, and the manager was the only person authorized to give a refund. I was also told that he wouldn't be in until 8am and this was at 4am. We slept in the car the rest of the night and the next day I called and called and the manager was "never" there. Its been 4 days now and I finally just spoke with the "manager" and he told me since I had the room key from 4pm to 4am he will only give me $30 back. He said he has to spend $500 to get pest control to come out ( like as if this has anything to do with me). He put the phone down while I was explaining why I think I deserve a full refund, and then he hung the phone up. I immediately called back and someone else picked up the phone and said the manager just stepped out ( earlier in the conversation the manager told me he was the only one there). This is hand down the shadiest place ever, and the staff is rude as hell! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE!
