Woke up second morning to find bedbugs crawling right where i was just laying. Googled some photos to see if they were actually bedbugs, and they were. We pulled back the covers to find a bunch of all different sizes/stages of their life cycle, and that sheets had not been washed in a while, lots of dried blood from other guests and hair that didnt match ours. We scraped up some in a jar to bring downstairs, one of them popped and exploded blood on the bed as I was collecting. We also took photos of them. Brought the cup down to the front desk to show proof, and with little emotion they apologized and said they would look in to fixing it. The guy called his manager and just said that we "found some bugs in the room". Not that we found bedbugs, or that we found bugs in and on the bed, just that bugs were in the room. We were completely disgusted and unhappy by the site of bugs and the lack of sympathy from the staff.
