Found a bed bug in our sheets on the morning after our stay, took a photo. Contacted the company about the bed bug and the lack of hot water, we were told that nothing was found and that there was no issue with the water. We contacted the hotel and were yelled at by the manager.

My fiancé & I have stayed at this hotel at least a 1/2 dozen times in the last two months (9/23/2019). We booked a room for 1 night. This morning as we were packing up and straightening the room up, I noticed a bedbug hit the floor from us making the bed. I caught it in a plastic cup. We took a picture and emailed called guest relations immediately. Without a response after an hour we began calling guest relations. 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. later it was time to check out. We had been on hold for 30-40 minutes a call before being disconnected 3-4 times. My fiancé went down to check out and told the manager at the front desk what we had discovered and that we had pictures. The response from her was, “That’s not possible, we just had people staying in that room.” They gave us back our $20. deposit and said they would look into it.” We had left the bug in the cup on the table in the room for them to see it. We then called corporate after basically being told that we weren’t honest. Corporate said they would send us the paperwork to fill out for our report and they would be contacting the motel to hear their side and we’ll go from there.
