Discovered 6-8 bed bugs crawling on bed cover! Took pictures on one, that had fallen on floor. Bathroom was filthy, tub dirty and toilet had not been cleaned. I could have handled the smell and filth, but when I saw the bed bugs crawling on bed, I immediately vacated the room. That night, I left room and sleep in my car. Spoke to night manager (at 1 AM) who told me that they "have had this problem in the past ... we clean the room but it keeps on recurring". Night manager was surprised there were bed bugs as they "had just freshly painted the room" (this fellow obviously did not know anything about bed bugs and how to exterminate them). I spoke this nasty manager the next day; she first gave me the run-around, and then told me flatly she was not refunding me, and hung up on me (after speaking to her in person and numerous phone calls). In addition (if anyone is not yet convinced) TV was lousy, bathroom was filthy and gross. I would never recommend this place. It was by far the worse hotel/motel experience ever.
