Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My wife and 2 small children moved in on February 2, 2015. By april, we had found bites on our bodies but no bugs. Per the habitability act of CO, the landlord, Son Tran of Ft collins, needed to get an exterminator into the complex. we served him with a legal notice that he need to fix the bugs as well as many other broken or defective items in the apartment. Upon recepit, Me tran tried to evict us unlawfully instead of fixing anything. after we refused to back down, Mr tran just chose to ignore us for the rest of the lease. he has allowed new tenants to move in to vacant apartments infested with bedbugs, and gave us a non renewable lease notification. He would rather kick and fight like a petulant child than fix the issues. DO NOT RENT HERE.
