Stayed in room 103 on 10/20/2015. Discovered significant bed bug bites on my body on 10/22. Though I made every effort to discard all items; suitcase, clothes and shoes, I\'ve now discovered I have brought bed bugs into my home. Hotel only compensated for the night and never returned my call after as they promised.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days. I found multiple bed bug bites on my legs and back 4 days into the stay. Hotel staff refunded me for only one night. I found a bedbug walking on the kitchen floor. The mattress spring was covered I unzipped it and found numerous red spots seems the room and bed was infested and they did a bad job trying to clean up and never tossed out the bed. DISGUSTING

I stayed in this dirty hotel Extended Stay America Princeton - West Windsor from 8/7 - 8/11/2018 and got bed bug bite marks on my body including me neck, legs and arms. When I open the door to Room 301, the smell was so bad. There was sticky stuff on the floor, water dropped from the refrigerator to the floor. I called the front desk complained about the room was not clean. Then the lady at the front desk came up with 2 dirty towels to wipe out the water. Next morning, I opened the windows, there were dead bugs every where. On the 2nd day, I got bug bite marks on my neck, legs and arms, very itching. I reported the bug bites to the front desk on 8/11/2018, the manager asked me to take photos and e-mail to the General manager Alicia Vanpelt. I did. But the General manager Alicia Vanpelt didn't reply to my complains, only keep asked for my personal information including my date of birth without even sign the e-mail messages with her name and official title. So unprofessional! She and the hotels.com refuse to refund my hotel payments and my medical bills and other related bills for treating my skin damages from the bug bites in the hotel. I am still treating my skin damages from the bug bites from the stay in Extended Stay America - Princeton -West Windsor. I warn all guests stay away from the dirty hotel Extended Stay America Princeton - West Windsor with bugs!!!
