Bed Bugs in Suite 224, we stayed Sept. 19th. and 20th. 2015. Manager on duty and Housekeeping Mgr. saw them and confirmed. Top management did not call back till the next day after checkout. Did not seem to think it was a Big Deal though. Do not stay there. Be Pro-Active before you check into a hotel!!!

February 16, 2019 we checked in at 5:30 pm and around 9pm my husband found a bed bug walking on his pillow. We called the front desk and they did agree it was a bed bug and offered a similar room. We opted to leave and not take the chance to find another bed bug. On top of this the hair dryer didn’t work and the tile in the bathroom was loose and a section was missing the grout. It was a 3 hour drive one way to the hotel and my kids were sad, they were looking forward to a fun weekend . Staff was apologetic, courteous and we were given a full refund.

We arrived at the Atlantis water park hotel in Wisconsin Dells on May 31. Around midnight I woke up and saw a bed bug crawling around on the bed. We got pictures, then my boyfriend killed it. We got more pictures close up and took the actual bug to the front desk. They continued to deny what it was. I asked them to enlighten me about what kind it was and they said a tick. I can say with certainty, this was 100% a bed bug. They then offered me a $50 room credit to "keep quiet and forget about the situation ". We had to stay the rest of the night due to living a ways away and 2 small sleeping children. I was only bit a couple times, nobody else was bothered. The hotel threw the bug away and insinuated that we brought bed bugs in only to get money off our room.
