May 27, 2016 Room 936 There are photos posted on TripAdvisor. My husband and I both had a severe reaction to the bed bugs. The property passed along to risk management and they denied bugs were in the beds and therefore no admission of guilt means no settlement. We just wanted them to admit it and clean up their mess.

On 8/26-27/2019 I visited this location and lodged there. I would like to bring to your attention the bed bug infestation in Room # 845 at Diamond Jacks Casino. I was bitten numerous times on face, shoulder, arm, gluteus maximus, private areas, back, etc., during my recent stay. I finally heard back from CB, Director of Property Management, today at approximately 1pm CST. He stated that their inspection team reported back negative test results for that room and there was no further action going to be taken on their part. I am seeing a physician today and I have taken pictures and documented all correspondence with Diamond Jacks Casino personnel. Please address this problem. 2/22/2020 2:30 AM My husband, myself and two of your children stayed here for the weekend. We are currently still here. Feiday the 21st when we arrived we were in room number 1119, we went down to play and left the kids in the room. Our oldest is 17 and the baby is 18 months. When we got back up there were asleep. I was about to get the baby and put him in our bed when I noticed bedbugs in the bed with them. I killed them and got the kids up. Once I looked In our bed they were in there too. I took pictures and called the front desk. Security came and took pictures, confirmed what they were and moved us rooms. Now were are in room 1149. We checked the beds and didnt see anything. Just woke up around 3:30 am to find bedbugs in the bed again. To say I am mortified is an understatement. The staff here is so unapologetic about the whole ordeal and act like we are bothering them. They say now it will go to risk management. I've been staying here since I was 18 and it was isle of capri. Never had an issue. I would NOT recommend this place for the homeless. This whole place is infested with Bedbugs. Hopefully we dont take them back home with us! Very disappointed in the staff, and customer service we received. The only people that we have encountered that were friendly and helped was the Male security that came up the first time we found the bedbugs and the maintenance men that came to fix our heater in the second room. I would not recommend staying here u til they got their bedbug infestation fixed!
