I work at a hotel so I have been trained about bed bugs. Turned on the light and there's a big one sitting in my lap, called front desk she said she would move my room or I could leave and get a refund the next day. Came to switch rooms and she said no I had to have proof, also while saying this buffs up at me in a threatening manner and I lost it. Told her I work in a hotel and that I am trained on these things and at my hotel we would never ask for proof we would move and upgrade and refund!!! As well as heat all personal items. Left and will never return!!! Horrible stay and horrible service and will be talking to the owner and finding someone to inspect them! Extremely dissatisfied!!!!

11/2/2022 1:19 a.m. CST BED BUGS! BAD STAFF! STAY AWAY! Stayed here at least 5 times in the past for miscellaneous overnight military events. Unfortunately, this last time I woke up to two bedbugs on me. Then when inquiring about a refund, the front desk lady immediately became emotional, and said "I'm so sick of this weekend already, I just want to leave here," and went on to say that the room had not been used in over 30 days and they could've only got there one way (me), and further accused me of being a druggie, hotel hopper and that I just pulled pictures of bed bugs off of Google. I explained to her that I was there one night for weekend military duties, that I took pictures, took video, and even grabbed a dead specimen from the room (irrefutable evidence). A refund would've been just fine, as I would've applied that money toward another hotel; however, her lying and accusations made the situation worse, and now I will be reporting the hotel and have to leave this detailed review for all to see and read.
