Initially found adult bed bugs in bathroom and bedroom - less than a dozen over the span of about 3 weeks. Then found nymphs on pillow last night. Exterminator reported to this tenant that apt above mine was infested.

I've been here for 4 years now. It hadn't been the best stay, but it wasn't the worst place I had ever lived. That is until 2 years ago. I have lived in some terrible places before but i have NEVER dealt with bedbugs. the place is crawling with them. It's so bad that now that they're actually trying to get rid of them, the exterminator admitted to me that they had to treat over 40 units that day. even then it still took them several months to get them somewhat under control. We've lost all our furniture to this, spent money we didn't have trying to get them out of all the linens and STILL they would come back. What made it worse was the management. they obviously get paid commission for how many people stay here because they are all smiles at contract signing, but could care less about helping the people living here with anything after that. Affordable living or low income living always has the shade of being trashy, but it doesn't have to be. The management company and staff just doesn't care. it makes sense why if you google up "bridge square APT" you see that they have several current lawsuits about sanitation, repairs, and price hiking mid contract. DO NOT RENT HERE!
