Moved in in June. Have always been very clean people. Got a very itchy what looked like a rash all over my body so we searched the apartment didn't find anything. A couple weeks later our neighbors asked us if we had bed bugs and informed us that the whole building had them. We looked again and found a ton. Had to throw out our mattress curtains couch clothes and blankets. Plus spent $100 on spray and things to try to get rid of them on our own. It has been about two weeks and still they have not sprayed or tried to help the situation at all.

Monday 14, 2019 I had two people come up to me and tell me they had bedbugs in there apt. This morning my friend from across the hall came over and told me he had bedbug and told me to check for them too that he had just spoke to the office and they won’t have anyone out here till Friday. Upon doing so we did find some begbugs,at the time we immediately went to the office and asked what we’re supposed to do. The office manager said that this is the first complaint he has gotten and that he’s have someone come out Friday. I told him that’s a lie my neighbor was just in her asking to get out of his lease and you told him it would have to pay two months worth of rent. Then he just went on to hand me a paper and do what it says. He gave us a bed bug notice meaning if we don’t get rid of them in 14 days we will be evicted. We didn’t not bring them here there are multiple reviews all over fb and apt.com saying this place has bed bugs. We weren’t the first to complain. Still nothing has been done about it.
