We first got a room that the carpet was soaking wet and smelled like mold. We changed to another but had no pillows or bed spread. We settled into room 127 to crawl into to find under the bedspread and on pillows tons of bed bugs. We complained, showed us 3 different rooms and all had bugs. And they wouldn't give us a refund. Worse place ever!
