Found bed bug in morning under our son's shirt. Old mattresses were stacked near the property's dumpster, and new mattresses in our room had bed bug covers on them. Seems an unsuccessful attempt was made at removing removing the bed bugs.

Date of incident 9-23-2017 Bed bugs room 210 Management changed me rooms and gave me 40% discount on my stay but I have bites all over my lower stomach , sides , and back. They itch so bad .

Oct 2 at 1:30 am my son felt something crawling in him and he got up and told me ...we took a picture and it ended up being a bedbug. I called the front office they asked me to take the bedbug to the front office and changed my room to another one.

I was in room 222. Got in bed after 8pm and started itching on left arm within an hour. Didn’t think anything of it but then I felt about 4 itchy bumps near elbow. Turned one light on to look and saw small bumps but but didn’t really notice anything. Turned light back off and continued watching tv. Then right sode of my back began to itch and I started to feel bumps. I turned on the light and got up and noticed something on bed. As I pushed my finger down on it I noticed a smudge of blood and realized it was a bug but I didn’t see what kind. I went down to office about 10:30 to complain that something is biting me on the bed, they informed the owner who then came to the window and was a straight jerk saying no no we are not give you another room, I was just in there 2 hours ago and there’s no bugs and it’s clean. That was BS because my husband checked us in at around 4:30-5pm, so how would he have been In The room about 8:30 when I was in there? I said something is biting g me and I can show u the bite marks he said he didn’t wanna see it and he’s not gonna change my room or refund my money. I left back to the room and stood there until about midnight. I was so tired after working 9-5 and at this point I thought maybe that was the o my bug so I turned all the lights on n got back in the bed and went to sleep. I was awaken right before 3 due to itching behind my left arm in between shoulder and elbow really bad, itchy bumps behind the right side of my neck near hairline, my right arm near elbow and my right middle finger. I jumped up immediately and knew there had to be bugs. I moved my pillows to find a red bug crawling and took pictures of it and a video, that I’ve been trying to post but it is more than 1MB and it won’t let me so I can only post some pics of my bumps and bed. I grabbed the remote and pushed on it leaving behind a blood stain. I noticed on the other pillow another blood stain. I knew right away from what I was seeing g that it was bedbugs. I couldn’t believe it. I paced around d in the room disgusted for about 30 mins. I then moved the blankets back and saw another smaller bedbug. And killed it. I then went and showered and this is a about 3:30. I came out and stood in front of tv afraid to sit on bed or chairs in the room. Finally at 5am I went down to office again to complain and a other worker was there who apologized and said there’s nothing she can do. I told her there are bedbugs in the room, the owners said there’s none but I am telling g you I saw it, took pics and videos of it and it is bedbugs. She wouldn’t help either. I went back to my room and stood there u tol 8am when it was time for me to leave for work. This was on 12/9/2025 in room 222. It is now 12/11/2025 and the itchy bumps have tripled in size and are very painful and itchy.
