Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

This happend in room 105/107 on February 16th and 17th. Hotel was called soon as we left and took days to get back than states no claim of them. The first time called back front desk said they would look when we called back within minutes offering to send pictures of the bites as there was many to an email address they wouldn't provide any and was told they flipped bed over and confirmed and would look at refunding. Management was rude and unhelpful and wouldn't provide any refund.

17 Oct 2019, 2am. Found 4 bedbugs on my pillow and bedding. Trapped them in a cup and took video. Mngmnt refused to do anything about it, would not move me to another room
