I haven't saw that kind of huge mite.i saw it just on tv. Room # 213, where is soooo many bugs. the employ just said sorry, it not apologized for me. He said sleep in the lobby!! What?! I often go to hurricane, but i'm sure never stay at here.

Sept 15 2018 appx 5pm Checked in. Went to check the room first before taking our stuff in bc we always do - found some concerning trails along the seams of the room. I left the room. When I voiced my concerns to the manager he started yelling and calling me a liar in front of other customers waiting. I simply told him what we had found. We went to another hotel and called his corporate customer service. They called and he told them he'd refund half the night but we had to come back. When I arrived back the next morning he said he wouldn't refund me because I had called corporate to complain. And he'd only give a refund if I cancelled the complaint. I called corporate to tell them he was trying to coerce me into rescind my complaint and if they could call him right then. They refused and said I couldnt cancel anyways. I told him what they said and he told me I was out of luck and I needed to leave.
