I checked in the hotel around 4pm went to the room and it looks very nice. So i went home packed me, my boyfriend, and kids things and we went to the hotel. ( we were getting windows in the next day and we needed to be out the house for that. ) we got there about 9pm gave the kids a bath, and layed them down for bed turning off all lights and tv. As soon as they fell asleep around 11pm. I turned the lights on and laid there for a fell second and got up. I immediatly looked at the wall and seen a bed bug crawling on the wall. I immediatly went to the front desk and told them and showed the picture i took of it. They said i could change rooms, i very much so declined.

Do not stay here! My mother and I checked in for a stay to Sunday-Wednesday sept-18-21and Monday night getting ready to go to sleep I see something crawl on my pillow and I scream only for my mom to notice it’s a nasty bed bug so we start checking the bed! All at the back on the crease in Room 213 was dead and alive bed bugs and eggs! So we checked my mom bed she had one actually on her pillow. We called, the non interested guy who shouldn’t be in customer service at all just said ok come get another room key so at 1:30 am we had to move all of our things, throw our personal pillows away cause we had them on that bed. This people aren’t cleaning, gave us a refund the next Monday then got out of there. The front desk lady that morning had a nasty attitude cause we wanted something showing we won’t be charged, then the manager had the nerve to ask us to take our google review down cause people won’t stay I quote! I kept my reviewand calling the health department cause our new pillows gone to waste pillow sheets and pajamas.

4/16/2025 woke up at 4:00 am to get ready for work and found 2 bed bugs in the bed. I smashed them and blood squirted out of them onto the bed. I went to the front desk to report it and told the guy that their was a problem. I was late for work and that I would be back to discuss the BED BUGS. Gave him my room number 419. When I returned at 6:00pm he told me nothing they could do and would not give me a credit. I packed what stuff I had left in my room into garbage bags and left to find a laundry mat to wash all my belongs and to find a CLEAN hotel for the night. I will be telling everyone I work with about this incident as I am here working a big job for Microsoft and 100's of guys are in town at this job. After talking to people on the job site apparently several other people have had bed bugs in there rooms.
