I stayed here Wednesday 10/29/25 for a work trip and woke up the next day to find bed bugs in the bed. Room 144. Saw two different bugs (one in each queen bed). It was a massive, massive pain to (hopefully) prevent bringing these home. Management was anything but apologetic and instead was defensive and took zero responsibility. Sharmi, the manager, kept telling me it's a public place and she can't control when guests bring in bugs. I asked for compensation for items I could not wash and she told me she wasn't making any decisions now and that she needed to follow corporate policy. Now, almost a week later, they seem to be dodging my calls. Zero updates have been shared with me. I was told they were contacting corporate but when I contacted corporate myself, they said no reports had been filed 5 business days later. Interestingly, when I called the next day for a follow up, she didn't have updates because supposedly she told the exterminator not to come the day I found them (Thursday) but to come back the next day (??) and he needed 24 hours to file a report. In that conversation, she told me 8 months ago her son and daughter-in-law had a baby at a hospital and they got bed bugs from the hospital but they just had to pay to treat their whole 6 bedroom house because the hospital is a public place. She was not apologetic and said they had zero other complaints (however after, I looked at reviews and there are multiple complaints about cockroaches). DON'T STAY HERE! Neither the manager nor corporate ever did anything to remedy the situation so I am taking them to small claims.
