Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

They have bugs in their hotel in the 3rd floor rooms. It's awful I bring my bedbug spray where ever I go because they are there. We were bit by the bugs and also clearly saw them moving in our beds. They said they would take care of the problem. But the problem is still there. Hopefully they will get it under control.

Found bed bugs in both rooms. Took pictures and even approached front desk with live ones so they could see for themselves. They said they "may" refund me. 8/15/2017 at 2 am

My husband and I checked in at this location with our 3 kids. It was July 22,2026 at 3 AM in the morning. I picked the pillow up and a bed bug was running all over the bed. We went to the front desk and the girl seen the video of the bug that I got. Her words was oh no it’s a bedbug. She moved us to a different room but we didn’t see any bugs. But the stay was not good because we couldn’t hardly sleep thinking about bugs in place.
