June 14th, 2019 around 2:00pm After doing a rough check of our bed, I flipped a pillow over and discovered a small red bug on the pillow case. The bug was identical to any google image picture of a bed bug including the small black design on the back of the bug. We gathered our belongings and went to talk to the front desk. She gave us another room 3-4 rooms down the hall. We checked this bed for bugs and discovered small red stains on the sheets as well as hair within the sheets indicating a lack of cleanliness. We found a room at another hotel, went to alert them of this. The woman at the front desk initially said our refund was taken care of then called us back to tell us her manager said no. I walked back inside to talk to her about this and she said she was on the phone with her manager and she said she would take care of it. There is still a hold on our card four days later and the management refuses to answer our calls or return our calls. They only answer when called from a different phone number. I have a picture of the bed bug initially found if necessary.

February 5th 630 am Woke up with 5bed bug bites up and down my neck and shoulder. Reported it to front desk. I asked for some bags to bag up my stuff. The attendant saw the bites and was shocked. Left the hotel have not heard anything yet.
