07/21/23, Room 106, bedbugs on mattress. General Manager asked us to send photos to her via email and apologized. My sister also found bedbugs in Room 116. My parents found bedbugs in room 234. This entire hotel is infested with bed bugs.

December 2, 2025 - room 226. I am never one to write a complain about anything, but for once feel compelled and need to warn. To start, the staff were all wonderful and helpful, except for the handling of this particular situation by the general manager. I woke up with bed bug bites covering my body. I found and videoed bed bugs under my mattress. I reported to the front desk and asked for compensation as I was traveling for work and spent all day at the laundromat, threw away my luggage, and missed my day of work. I then went to a new hotel and could not sleep for nights out of paranoia. The hotel manager did not call me back for 6 days so I sent an email to which she responded right away with an inspection report of "no live bed bugs found" and proceeded to tell me my pictures of bites are "concerning" since I am standing in a different hotel room. Bed bugs hide. My bites are proof of that. I do not trust this hotel, as the lack of concern for a potential "live bug" makes me question if they even treated the room.
