2026-09-28 Worst hotel experience of my life. Fecal matter smeared on the inside of the toilet lid on arrival. Hotel staff refused to clean it so I had to purchase disinfecting wipes and clean it myself. Later that evening, the toilet tank stopped filling with water, so toilet would not flush. Then, the tub would not drain and I found a very long hair in my bed. The following day (after checking out, unfortunately), I discovered BED BUG BITES in a cluster on my arm. Upon reaching out to the hotel and the corporate office, their response was that I had not been bitten by bed bugs (basically calling me a liar, despite never seeing a picture that I offered to send them several times) and that the best they could do was a refund of 25%. No thank you! I've stayed in Motel 6's that were better than this place. NEVER AGAIN! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
