I am staying at this hotel For a vision conference with my church. We arrived Friday night and because everyone in my room was already sleeping I slept right away. The first night I slept in that room on the bed bug infested bed I felt itchy all night as if there were bugs crawling on me. I felt like it was a mental thing so I said it\'s probably not bed bugs. I woke up with bumps on my neck and forehead. I thought maybe I was allergic to the fabric of the sheets. I began to see more bites on my face and started to get worried a found more bites and so I asked my boyfriend who works at a hotel to check our mattress. He came he flipped the bed and sheets and there it was there was bed bugs eggs it was like disgusting. I immediately told the front desk agent. This hotel had the worse service when handling this matter. There answers or I don\'t know I can\'t guarantee anything. One lady had the nerve to raise her voice and tell me and my roommates to keep it down. When we\'re going to figure out all the stuff ur blocking the hallway u need to clear it. She was so rude and inconsiderate of the nightmare we were going through I would never recommend this hotel ever to anybody. They gave us another room but to be honest that\'s not the issue. The issue is bringing these bed bugs home is the issue.
