Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

10/31/2021 Woke up at 2:30am to use the restroom. I found a bed bug on me. I flushed it down the toilet, showered, stuffed all my things in my suitcase and went down to let hotel management know. They never offered to find me a different room. I checked out and slept in my truck. I have had difficulty getting the Hotel Manager to return my calls. I have asked for a refund which I have not yet received. When I told the manager it was the worst hotel experience of my life she replied "finding that one bug on you made it the worst?" She didn't seem like it was a very big deal to her. I would not stay at this Holiday Inn.

On Sunday July 2, 2015, My family and check in at 3:30P.M. I arrived to room 114 and inspected bed around head board to notice the mattress with black droppings /died baby bed bugs. My family and I returned to front to report incident and the front desk personal sent housekeeping to check room. The housekeeper checked room and they sent additional staff to room to handle the problem. I requested a refund because I was not willing to risk taking bed bugs home. The front office and housekeeping were helpful and respectful.

I am staying in the Holiday Express. I was bitten by Bed bugs, swollen 2 hands, fingers, 2 legs, neck. Itching and swelling. I couldn't sleep all night. I will not sleep tonight. The receptionist told me that they can not change me to another room. It is full of booking. And then I went to the lobby, 2 people in there go with me to check on my room and they told me: No bed bugs in my mattress but they did not check on the blanket. And they told me my bite not bite by bedbug. I can show those pictures of the bedbug bite on my legs, my hands, my fingers, my neck
