I had bed bug bites on me. Came back form the Doc. office two days before Christmas at 07:00PM Was hold I had to move out of the room and into one they picked for me. No one would talk to me about what to do. "I don't know" was the reply all time. I was injured in a car rack a month or so back and I had to move myself out of the room. I was up until 03:00 washing Items and moving things. The manager was office on Christmas vacation, I wish I could have made it to my vacation, I was paying them for it. One of the night managers even told me I was lucky they told me of Bugs, as if the bites did not tell me already. I payed for a clean bed for 2 months, and did not get one. And as far as they were concern this was my trouble they are on vacation. I have picked a new Hotel and will move as soon as I am sure I am not transporting bed bug. They paid 200.00 for repayment my dry cleaning, but put on the back check it was the total matter.

June 21 2021. Woke up last three days with what I thought was a rash moving around on my hands and arms. Then saw blood spots on sheets, pulled back sheets today to change them and found one bed bug crawling around. Captured it in a used ice tea bottle to take to front desk.
