Checked in hotel on 3/17/16. Hubby and I pulled all linens back to see if any bed beds were there, and we seen nothing. After a few nights of our stay hubby & I noticed we had bites on us. The bed bugs bites were big, red, & swollen on us. We immediately contacted hotel staff. After, bringing this to the staff attention she denied having any bugs such as, bed bugs, flees, etc. The staff member gave my hubby & I the ok to check out while we await management approval for refund only for one night. We had a five night stay and only being reimbursed for one night. The manager still hasn\'t contacted us about refund yet.
