In all my experience of traveling BEST WESTERN HOTEL I've never had such a horrible experience until I stayed at the Best Western Garden State Inn in Absecon, NJ on White Horse. We stayed in room 224 which is considered a family suite. The carpet were so dirty, the room had a foul stale odor, worst there were BED BUGS, BED BUGS, AND BED BUGS. PiManagement was CONTACTED, CALLED TO THE ROOM, HE WAS SHOWN THE PIVTURES AND VIDEO OG BEDBUG CRAWLING ON BED LINEN, AND WAS GIVEN THE THE BEDBUG INSIDE A PLASTIC CUP. He took the cup and left with it. We began packing our belongings immediately to checked out, and now management is denying that there were bed bugs. WE HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO TO PROVE IT. WILL BE REPORTING THE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. WARNING! WARNING! BEWARE OF ROOM 224!!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY.

After staying the night with a friend, the next morning we both woke up with multiple bed bug bites on our hands, arms, and legs. As soon as we checked out we had to throw some belongings away & wash everything
