Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

July 28 2021. I had bed bug bites all over my arms, legs and face! I notified the hotel and they stated they would refund my money. The GM contacted me following my email, called me a liar and refused to refund the stay!

We had a room with two queen beds. My husband woke up and saw a bug crawling on one of the pillows. He was able to catch it and he put it in a plastic bag. We notified the front desk and two employees came to our room. They tore the bed apart and looked for an infestation . They didn't see any. They apologized and said they would talk to the general manager and get our room refunded. We are home and scared that we may have bed bugs.
