On May 9, 2025, we arrived on. May 10, I mentioned to a staff member I was bitten, by something, staff said probably mosquitoes...May 10 during my visit about 3:00 a.m I was woken up by being bitten, I was bitten more this time it was worse, we pulled covers and sheets back and found BEDBUGS! We were moved to another room, the next day an employee took me back to the room to show him the ones my husband killed with a napkin the only thing he did was spray bed, floor, furniture and our luggage with bedbug spray… I got bitten 2 nights in a row and to be only reimburse for one night is a complete insult.. I have reached out to the property several times and I’ve called the manager on her cell phone. No one is replying. I seem like they are ignoring me. I’m going to contact the Health department, better business bureau and a lawyer. I have been in agony and pain since this nightmare happened. I had to pay for doctors care and medication…This seems to be over for them but not for me..It was the worse Mother’s Day’s weekend ever…
