1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

·From: All directions. The Best Western Steeple Gate Inn is located at the junction of Interstate 80 and US 61 (Brady Street, Exit 295A). Go to first set of stop lights (65th Street) and take a right turn. Take an immediate right by the Shell Gas Station onto West 76th Street. Hotel is 1/4 mile down West 76th Street on right hand side.

We found an adult bed bug in the bed when we pulled back the covers. We checked for signs of others but didn't see any. Reported to staff and they sent someone right away. Very apologetic and refunded the room.8/4/18
