8/9/2023 Woke up to bites on my entire body. My room was near the front desk so I literally ran to report it. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes. When the clerk came out, I was showing her the bites on my arm and a bed bug fell on the front desk. She said she needed to talk to the manager before I could switch rooms OR check out. I went back to my room to find a lot more bed bugs. I left immediately (2 days prior to my check out) I still have not received a credit or a return call from management. I have left several messages. I would almost guarantee they are still renting this room out to paying customers. I could tell the desk clerk was not surprised by me reporting bed bugs and she didn't really seem to care.
