4/30/ 2019 My husband and I registered for 2 nights 4/28 and 4/29 2019 the first night we turned off lights went to sleep did not notice any bed bugs but on 4/29 watching a show my husband got up and I noticed a bug crawling it was full of blood when I smooched it , then I noticed one on myself. I called the front desk they moved us to room 319 , although I did not want to stay I waited until morning and spoke with the manager. There was no charge for our room. My husband is covered in bites on his hands, back, arms. We left the motel and do not plan on ever returning there . Now we are on the second day at home of fumigating every item brought into that motel. The staff did not act surprised and stated the different ways they have tried treating rooms so this is an ongoing problem at the motel. The manager stated they have tried the dog sniffing. the heat method and have periodically the pest control do several rooms .. Obviously the whole motel should be treated . I did inform her that there were bed bug covers on the mattress but they were ripped between the dust ruffle and the bottom of mattress as I had inspected once we saw bed bugs in room 224.
