Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My friend and I stayed at the motel on July 22nd, 2017 after a long road. We looked for bedbug when we got in, and we didn't see anything at first, when we were ready to go to bed, we saw one. We went to see the manager to report the incident. At first, the manager didn't believe us, and came to the room. We've showed the bedbug to him, but he didn't seem to care, found excuses for the bedbug to be there, pretended they clean the room everyday! He offered to change our room, but we didn't feel comfortable staying because we were scared that it was spreaded toward the whole building. We asked for a refund, but they didn't want to. As well, it seemed that they just cleaned the room for it to be ready to be rented. I called the company I booked the room with to inform them of the situation. They called the motel, and the manager said that he didn't know anything about it, and didn't want to refund us.
