checked in on Thursday,7/9/20, stayed in 604, and 505, my friend who stayed with me kept complaining about being itchy and felling as if he was being bitten up, around 3 am on Tuesday the 14th we noticed a bug on the pillow, i grabbed it with a pair of tweezers and it squished it, i proceeded to the lobby and spoke to the night attendant and he told me best he could do was move us!!! Two rooms already gave bed bugs im not going to chance the third,!!

Hi, we stayed at the Grand Eastonian hotel and suites on Aug. 25-26, 2020 on the 8th floor room 802. Our overall experience was very nice. For the first time ever we did not check our room for bed bugs, and we got bitten up! Being that we spent much of our day outside before we got to the hotel, later when I felt itchy, I didn’t think much of it. Only a few days latter did i realize that all of us had been bitten with all the correct bed bug symptoms. Also I do recall seeing a few tiny blood stains on the sheets but again didn’t think anything of it at the time. I called the hotel to report the bed bugs. They said the manager was not in and would call me back. Tried calling again and got the same response. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not gotten any call back from the hotel. Also the bed bugs bites caused a horrible breakout of hives!

I stayed at the Grand Eastonian from March 17, 2021 to March 29th, 2021, in room 507. Early in the morning of my last day I found a bedbug on my pillow. I took the bug to the front desk and the manager confirmed it was a bedbug. They offered to move me to another room which I declined. I moved out as soon as I could get packed. They then offered to refund the money for my stay and assured me that they would have the room exterminated. They provided the exterminators report but what was concerning was they only treated the bedroom of the unit. No sofa, loveseat or other closet was mentioned in the report.
