Woke up between 1 - 2 am first night Aug 2, 2017 felt a bug on me and was itching. I had a bug on me and some bites on my chest and one on my back. Reported this to the front desk. Person apologized I told him it wasn't his fault. He was just an employee. My mother squished the bug. I know it wasn't a flea and I've never seen a bed bug so I didn't know what it was. The next few days we were all on be Benadryl for itching. We checked out Sunday morning and went on to the 127 yard sales as we were set up. Upon returning home my mother called me and said don't take anything in the house they had bed bugs. My mother and sister were full of bites. They took pictures and sent them. We jumped in the shower and checked each other's backs. I had some and my husband had a couple. I threw away all our clothes and we removed them in the garage. I called the hotel and nobody returned my call. Today is Tuesday, August 8, 2017. I called them and she told me that they didn't find anything so that's why they didn't return my call. Well I'm sorry but we spent four nights in your hotel for $500 plus and were bitten. I have pictures and you can see how fresh these bites are. They have bed bugs and are denying it. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and have placed a call to the Health Department as the hotel is in denial. These bites came from the Comfort Inn in Van Wert, Ohio room 124
