June 9, 2020 at approximately 8 am I discovered a bed bug crawling across the bedding. I took it in a Kleenex to the front desk. Three employees came up a check the beds. They found molting from the bed on the left side of the room and also confirmed that the bug that was on the bed was in fact a bed bug. The hotel was very nice and took all of our clothes to be cleaned. I truly hope they fix this problem. Usually if there's one there's more.

On April 4. 2025 at approximately 7:15 am my daughter yelled "there's a bug in the bed." I quickly ran over, grabbed my phone and took a picture, bedbug. Then proceed to kill it with a tissue and flush it down the toilet. I reported this to the front desk staff and was directed to the manager, Anna. She explained "there is a whole procedure for when this happens." Anna offered to move us to a new room.

Stayed Friday May 30-saturday May 31st woke up covered in bed bug bites, informed staff immediately, they did nothing. I had to go back to my room, hunt down room service for trash bags, clean out my belongings and my children's stuff, take all my stuff to a laundry, clean out my car, I had to go to urgent care for my bites as they have been causing intense itching, insomnia, and anxiety not to mention embarrassment from having to let the children's parents know of the situation. Staff said they would refund me if I signed and NDA but all my expenses are greater than a refund and the public should know.
