Had comps(Room) at Bally's(Dennis #864) Atlantic City N.J. from Sat. Mar. 30 - Apr. 1, 2019 to see Smokey Robinson Jr. at another casino. Day #1(3/31), I received a few bites(Scratches/Itches) from something crawling vs flying on late Sat. after sleeping, but disregarded incidence(Too Tired), but took a shower. Day #2(4/1) rose early to realize had been bitten at least over a dozen times; 1 on my very private part! Notified Desk Manager(L.M.) who did not respond via calls/e-mails and customer service. Sought emergency appt. by primary physician/assistant(Providence Hosp.) for Apr. 2nd which determined Bitten by Bedbugs, photos and now allergic/red skin/blotches rashes(Triggered) still visible after 10 days; using prescribed ointment/Benadryl. Room check classified as NEGATIVE and request for report DECLINED(Subpoena Required) as well as reporting agency. Eaten(Bitten) alive and no one listens until it’s them…

4/9/2021 I went to stay for one night at Ballys room#2639 when i walked in the room it was outdated but very clean. The first thing i did was look around the draws and checked the sheets. Everything seemed fine until about 1am when I came back from gambling I came up to my room and noticed a little red bug crawling by the pillow. I totally freaked out and called out to my daughter who came and we walked around the side of the bed when we saw a huge bed bug just crawling! I immediately got my phone and recorded a video of it. I packed all of my stuff and went downstairs where the front desk had me file a complaint. She offered to give us another room but I refused. I was also offered medical attention but refused as well. I now have to email the front desk the video of the incident and take it from there.

I checked in to bailey hotel and casino on August 8. 2022 On August 9 .2022 woke up at 4am with bites on my arms. I noticed a bed on my night shirt. I took the bug down to the Front desk check and showed them the bug that I put in a Cup and showed them my bites. A report was taken. A new room was given to me. Someone from security was to give me a call it never happened. I was given a fifty dollar credit. I checked out on August the 11, 2022 nothing else was said about the bedbugs. I called security on Friday August 12 2022 And was told that someone will call me, never happenned. I still have a lot of anxiety because of the bites. Thank you.

12/28/25 - We checked into room 2029 at Bally's Atlantic city hotel, 1900 pacific Ave, Atlantic city, n.j., 08401. The reservation was made under my name, Randy King. It was our holiday vacation. I was not bitten by any bed bugs, but my wife Hyon King was. 12/29/25- Hyon woke up at 8:00 am with itches on her chest. She thought it was just the dry sheets.. We went on our day around the hotel, went for dinner, and returned to the room. As her itching increased she took off her top and saw all the red blotches n herself. At that time, she wondered if it was bedbug bites . she pulled back the sheets on the bed and found a bed bug; she took a picture of it. at that time I went to the front desk to complain. I complained to the desk clerk who was not that to surprised, she got her manager, and he called security to have a report taken. the security guard took and photo of my driver licensee, my name and and phone number..      at that point it was too late to drive 1.5 hours home, as my wife was traumatized by the ordeal, they moved us down the hall to another remolded room like we had the first night. The hotel gave us no help moving our belongings. Hyon went down to the front desk complain again where she was told some would come check on us and LOCK DOWN the old room, which neither happened I counted about 20 bites on her body. 12/30/25- We checked out at 1;00 pm after packing all our belonging into plastic bags that we got from the cleaning staff on our floor. clothing in plastic bags. The hotel gave me a full refund for my three-night stay. But then charged my credit card the next day for $123.37, which I have not found out why yet. They told us it would take 4-5 day to get a copy of the report from security after driving home, we went to the Walkin clinic by our home where they examined Hyon and checked her bites, they prescribed her medication for the bites and itching. We then went to Walgreen's for her medication. upon getting home we unpacked everting in the cold garage, vacuumed every pie of clothing, suitcases and the car. Then backed all the clothes into new bags to be carried down to the basement to be washed in hot water and dried on high heat as told us by the doctor at the clinic. Which too two days to do. 12/31/25 no word from the hotel 01/02/26 Hyon in bed for two days now itchy, Tired,& not feeling well from the bits most likely
