I was bitten by bed bug in the hotel. I woke up the next morning to find 15 plus more bites on my legs and we immediately checked out of the hotel. I went to the doctor two days after this because I could not get them to quite itching and they were red and swollen. I called the hotel once the doctor told me it looked like bed bug bites and reported it to them and submitted pictures of the bug i found crawling on me and also pictures of my legs and asked them to pay for my doctors visit as well as for the steroid cream I had to purchase that was almost 500.00 dollars. There so called insurance company says that I have no claim, they could not find any evidence of the bugs, and I could have been bitten in the parking lot by something else. I will never stay there again and I recommend that no one else ever stay there either.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn on November 4, 2016. In the morning my daughter who slept in the bed closest to the bathrooms woke up with bites on her face. By the end of the day she had marks on her face, arms, back,belly, legs and feet. I called the hotel to alert them. They did not get back to me until two days later and emailed that they had not had an opportunity to check the room because it was occupied. Later that day they called back and told me they had found bed bugs and were very vigilant about checking. They offered to not charge me my hotel room and told me to call if we sought medical care. It is disheartening to hear that they may have already been aware of the issue. We contacted the corporate office and have yet to receive a response...
