We arrived on 7/23/26. The next day my side of face, back, arms, and hands were covered in bedbug bites. Only areas exposed while in bed had bites in lines and clusters. We searched and saw blood smudges on pillows where I was sleeping. We were moved promptly to another floor but the awesome front desk clerk Sean. We tried to speak to the manager to get a refund for our stay and instead they refunded the wrong room and refused to make it right. They denied bedbugs. There is DEFINITELY an infestation in room 201. We should have known when the new room didn’t have a musty smell. I got approximately 30 bites with one night and a nap before we discovered. I am disappointed how this was handled from owner and manager and now another persons room was credited while I had to miss work due to bites on my face.
