Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

2026-04-14 We found bed bugs in our room. An adult bed bug crawled onto my daughter's pillow next to her head. We caught it and identified it as an adult bed bug. We moved the mattress and found more underneath. Management did not believe us. We had to bring the bed bug to the front desk and show them. They were extremely rude to us and refused to reimburse our stay. When I called back the next day and spoke with the Regional Manager, Thomas Mitchell, he confirmed that when they inspected the room they "found bed bugs everywhere in there" but refused to reimburse our stay. Additionally, their housekeeping is understaffed and they are only able top provide housekeeping services every three days at the hotel. The rooms smelled awful and definitely needed more cleaning than they are getting. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
