July 3 - July 5 My friend and I checked into room 118 on July 3. That night as I moved the comforter, I found a bed bug. We put it in a cup and took it to receptionist. He said he would give us another room,119, we said we could not stay in the room right next to where the bed bug was found! He said there were no other rooms available. We asked to speak to the manager, he said he could not call the manager, He would leave the manager a note for when he returned the next day. We asked if we could use dryer to put our clothes and bags in, and he LAUGHED. My friend went back to the room to get stuff and found a bed bug on the bathroom wall! We ended up leaving that night, checked into another hotel, next morning we went back and were told we would get a full refund. Nothing about what they were going to do about the bed bugs! Disgusting! I can send pictures!
