Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Arriving on Wednesday night August 11th, 2021 after a long drive, I was getting ready for bed and heard a noise about 11:54pm. I looked up in the ceiling and found a bedbug in the corner by the window. I looked in other places around the room and found another. I gathered my stuff and went downstairs to ask for a refund and leave the establishment. The one staff member on duty offered to send me to another room. I replied no, Iâ€™m leaving the hotel. He apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the managers contact information to receive a refund the next day. Ps: there was a previous report of bedbugs on the 4th floor in 2015

1/3/2023 Bed Bugs found in room. Corner of bed under sheets. Old shell / skin - obviously bed bug, with tell tale signs (black spots / dots, etc) Front desk wrote down room number and placed a dot next to it in notebook ( a few others were already marked in book same way - 12th floor?) — didn’t get any points or incentives - just a new room without questions.
