1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

9/11-9/13/2026 I woke up the second night of staying there itching really bad and in the morning, we searched the bed and did find several live bedbugs. Housekeeping came in and searched and also confirmed they were there. All they did was give us trash bags for our belongings and said they couldn’t even comp the room. After multiple calls to management finally we did get the room comped, but they would not pay for my doctor bill, medication, or treating our luggage and items.
