Feb 17th 2021 3:30AM woke up to a bedbugs crawling on me, squished one and it was full of my blood. Notified hotel staff when I was leaving for work around 430, they just said 'oh.'

Stayed here December 7th- 2025- December 14th- 2025. We had a broken leg on a chair in the room. It was replaced by our 2nd day there. Everything was checked to the best of our ability and sprayed but we noticed there was no zipper covers on mattresses. We slept on top of main bedding with our own blankets we brought. The upon folding our personal covers a large live bedbug ran down the side of the bed. We yanked back ALL covers down to the bare mattresses and raised the mattresses up this time to discover larvae and other bugs. This isn't something that happened with 5days of us staying there. We immediately started sifting thru our things for other bugs, then zipped bags up thru them in the back of our truck. I went back upstairs, took pictures and showed to manager. They denied it even being their room! Then denied ever having bedfbugs! Not once did they want to go upstairs to see the room. We checked out immediately a day early and canceled for the upcoming week! We had to wash everything! This place is disgusting! Im told no refund for the week we was there and supposedly and a coincidence that someone else took over too. We just wanted that week refunded!
