Sunday, May 25, 2025 checked in at 10:30pm, immediately found bed bugs on the mattress, on the mattress plank, and by the outlets. Walked out within minutes and reported to the front desk who acknowledged they knew about the bed bugs. Have been trying to get a refund ever since, motel 6 corporate will not respond, G6 hospitality group will not respond, and supervisor on site has continued to ignore my messages.
