My daughter complaint through the night of bites. When I checked the surface of the bed I didn\'t see anything obvious. By check out she was cover with red marks. Her school medical staff confirmed that she was bitten by bed bugs. The plastic cover was torn. The sheets were extremely thin and the bleach used to clean the sheets were very harsh causing itchiness and dryness. I\'m really annoyed and should have changed rooms when I saw a large dead bug on the ceiling. The manager stated the dusty room probably wasn\'t used in awhile. The hotel was basically empty so why assign that room. He agreed to give a free room next time. Really. Never.

Stayed overnight at this location 10/20/23. When I was getting ready to leave I noticed in the bed right where I was sleeping an adult bed bug possibly dead since it wasn't moving but it was very clear what it was. I had just gotten dressed and was ready to leave so basically just ran out of the room after seeing the bug. I called the front desk and made them aware of it they said they would have maintenance check the room.
