Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Check in was 07/01/2017 @ 930pm. Upon check in, we checked the corners of the bed by flipping back the sheet and didnt see any bugs or bug stains. When we woke up, my sister complained about being bit by something and when we move the mattress completely from the wall I immediately seen a bug scurry to find hiding. I was shocked, it scared me. All I could do was scream!! I yelled for the housekeeper and she came running down and confirmed what we saw. She went to get the manager who also confirmed. They refunded us and apologized and gave us plastic bags to put our belongings in. She denied having any reports within the last 3 yrs. Those bugs were huge!! I have video of everything from the moment I saw the first one, i immediately got my phone out and started recording and taking pictures. I tried and cant upload pics from my phone
