Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I woke up at 6am to find a bedbug crawling by my head. I managed to catch it, put it in a plastic bag, and took it to the General Manager. Only to find out that not less than a week ago, they had other reports of bed bugs. I was refunded my night, but now have to relocate to find another hotel. I must say that though the manager was amazing with his responsiveness.

April 22, 2022, 8:45 am I called for a manager after I showered and dressed to come look at the bed bugs on my pillow and bed. He immediately moved my room to 239 and said cortisone cream will stop the itching and he was calling his guy to come out and take care of the problem. He came out and talk to me saying they was only isolated to the bed and no where else your suitcase and other stuff is fine . My things was not on the floor. He said that he would steam my suitcase and stuff but I assure you everything is fine . I took his word because I never experienced anything like this before. He told me to put cortisone cream on the bites and you should be fine.
