Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1 night stay: 9/28/23 - 9/29/23 Began getting welts all over my body after check out. Called hotel on 9/30 to report bites. Reception states room was checked for bed bugs and there was no evidence of any. Supervisor emailed me on 10/2 apologizing for any inconvenience. I immediately called her at 8am where she confirmed the room was infested with bedbugs and that they were getting it exterminated. I asked if they could send an exterminator to my home incase I brought any back with me. She stated she would call me back by the end of the day. It's 4:15 pm and I haven't gotten a call back yet.
