Thought I was getting a rash from detergent from sheets at first, but the next day I was covered in itchy red bumps, and so was my fiancé. It wasn't until after we left that we found out that we were feasted on by bedbugs. I took photos of all the clusters of red bumps. It's getting better a little, now. I called the hotel today, and told a man at the desk about the situation. Maybe his name was James? Don't remember. Anyway, I let him know what had happened. Overall, the hotel was super clean, the staff was the best I've seen in all my travels, and YES, I would stay there again, as long as I knew I would not get a room with the bugs. We had stayed there to flee Hurricane Matthew, which was a nightmare for us, as we live on the beach on the East Coast. We could have done without the bedbugs and the constant, horrible itching for these last few days.
